15" LCD Screen for Apple MacBook Pro 2008(Penryn) model with LED Back light, Matte Finish. Works only in 2008(Penryn) and newer model Macbook Pro that use a LED Back lit screen. These screens are not interchangeable with older models.

How to tell if you have a 2007(Santa Rosa) or 2008(Penryn) model MacBook Pro:

The keyboard on the 2008(Penryn) MacBook Pro models eliminates the "embedded numeric keypad", replaces the "enter" key next to the right-hand "command" key with a second option key, and has different function key mapping. Additionally, the 2008(Penryn) models unveil a new trackpad borrowed from the Macbook Air which adds support for multi-touch gesturing(two finger scroll, pinch, rotate, swipe, tap, double-tap, and drag).
