If you are a dealer looking to purchase products or parts at discount pricing, you have found the right place. The minimum opening order for dealers is only $300. Subsequent orders will have no minimum.
The prices you see on our website are retail. Once you are approved for a wholesale account you will see the wholesale price in addition to the retail price.
We have 5 levels of dealer pricing starting with a very aggressive base dealer discount.
Q. Who is eligible for a dealer account at etechparts.com? A. Any company or individual that meets the requirements can receive dealer pricing.
Q. Is there a way to get a better discount without meeting the purchasing requirement? A. Yes. We will make exceptions for customers buying large quantities of a low cost item.
Q. How much of a discount do dealers get? A. The dealer price is based off a markup of our cost instead of a discount off the retail price. The reason we do this is because the markup for retail can vary greatly from one product to another. On many popular items the base discount is more than 50% off.
Q. Are the parts original or aftermarket? A. We only carry high quality aftermarket parts.
Q. I can sometimes find parts for sale cheaper then my eTech dealer price. Why? A. In the Apple Repair Parts market there is a broad range of quality and price. At eTech Parts we believe its more cost effective to sell quality parts which reduce the cost of returns, rework and unhappy customers. We hope you share our same philosophy but if you don't, no problem. We can get cheaper, lower quality parts for you on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more details.
Q. Are Net terms available? A. At this time Net terms are only available to Schools and Government organizations.
Q. When my purchasing volume increases will my account automatically be upgraded to the next dealer level? A. No. Please send an email to your account manager or firstname.lastname@example.org if you qualify for a better discount level.
Q. Is the warranty and return policy the same for dealers? A. No. For dealers, we offer a 90 day warranty on all parts and we will accept returns without a restocking fee. Parts are eligible for refund within the first 30 days, exchanges and store credit available up to 90 days.
Q. Can I have my orders drop shipped? A. While we can hold the invoice or packing slip from your package, we do not offer a true drop ship service but if you are looking for an easy way to make a commission by sending customers our way, please check out our affiliate program.
