This opening tool is intended for iPhone 5, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. The gTool screen jack is perfect for helping lift the screen off of the device by using two suction cups that firmly attach to the front and back of the device. After removing the two pentalobe screws at the bottom of the iPhone, put the broken device into the screen jack and close the top of the device. Once each of the suction cups are securely in place use the bottom screws to slowly begin puching up the broken screen for the device. If the glass on the screen is too badly broken, use the release tape to put over the screen for the suction cup to fully grab. Check out the video below for a step-by-step demonstration
