Choose eTech Parts as your source for premium quality repair parts and enjoy same day shipping on all orders placed by 3PM CST. We do everything we can to make sure your business runs smoothly; this includes keeping parts in stock when you need them most, so you can place your order and have parts the very next day!

Shipping Tips

FREE Ground Shipping with FedEx when your order is over $500.

FREE Standard Overnight Shipping with FedEx when your order is over $1,000.

Save money by shipping to a business address. FedEx charges an extra fee for Home Delivery.

Regardless of the service chosen, you may be required to sign for your delivery. If you wish to accept the responsibility for the shipment, simply add No Signature Required to your order and FedEx will not require a signature.

Cut off Times

All orders placed by 3PM CST will ship the same day, granting all parts ordered are in stock. Otherwise your order will ship the following business day.

Delivery Days

FedEx only delivers Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday for Home Delivery).

FedEx does not deliver on Major Holidays.

USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.

USPS does not deliver on Government Holidays.

FedEx Saturday Delivery is available for an additional fee. Add Saturday Delivery to your cart and choose FedEx Priority Overnight as your shipping method. Watch the video below to learn more.

Services and Transit Times

FedEx Priority Overnight arrives by 10:30AM the next business day.

FedEx Standard Overnight arrives by 3:30PM the next business day.

FedEx Ground is for Shipments to commercial addresses. Most shipments will arrive within 3 business days. If you are in the shaded area on the map below you will receive your package overnight even if you select ground.

FedEx Home Delivery is for shipments to Residential Addresses. Home Delivery has the same transit time as Ground except they do not deliver on Monday. See map below.

USPS SmartPost arrives within 5-15 business days (3-5 Business days in most cases). We use Fedex Smartpost to ship USPS Priority Mail. Your package will be picked up by Fedex and delivered to your local Post office who will then deliver the package to you. Learn more here.

We Prefer FedEx because they are the best in the business. They are extremely reliable, have superior package handling, and an excellent tracking system.

Shipping FAQ:

Q. When will my order ship?

A. If the parts are in stock, and 99% of them are at all times, your order will ship the same day if placed before the cutoff time. Otherwise it will ship the next business day. If a part you ordered is backordered or unavailable we will notify you within one business day.


Q. Why don't you offer Fedex 2nd Day Air?

A. Our discount on Standard overnight shipping is so good that 2nd Day air costs the same or more than overnight.


Q. Do you ship outside the USA?

A. Yes. We are expanding into new markets and ship to select countries. The way to check if we ship to your country is to place an item in our shopping cart and enter your shipping address country.


Q. How can I obtain my tracking information?

A. If you create a customer account during checkout you will be emailed as soon as your order ships with the tracking information. You can also view your orders and track packages in the My Account section of our website.
