While every supplier deals with defects from time to time, what matters most is how your supplier handles those returns.

Now you can fully process your returns online! Here’s how you can submit your RMA request and print your pre-paid shipping label all from your eTechParts.com account.

 

How to Process Your Returns Online

1. From your account dashboard, select My Returns from the left navigation menu.

2. Click Request New Return button.

3. Select the order number, items, and quantities being returned. Continue to next step.

4. Identify the reason and condition of each item to be returned.

5. Include any additional information for the returned items.

6. Attach photos you have showing damage or defect, then submit your request.

7. Print your RMA packing slip and pre-paid shipping label.
