eTech Parts was founded by Kyle Baccus in 2008. Kyle helped build and grow local repair shop iResQ for more than 8 years before co-founding eTech Parts and Mission Repair alongside his cousin, Ryan Arter. Kyle and Ryan worked together as co-owners for 2 years before officially splitting the business in April 2010. Kyle became sole owner of eTech Parts and Ryan took over sole ownership of Mission Repair. Offering outstanding customer service had always been the foundation of both businesses, and separately Mission and eTech Parts were able to service both the end consumer and repair shop owner, respectively. Though the headquarters of eTech Parts and Mission Repair remain in the same industrial business park (for now), the companies have been operating separately since 2010. As eTech Parts continued to grow, Kyle's focus on customer service never ceased. With each new addition to the eTech team, Kyle made it very clear that customer service wasn't a department -- it was everyone's job to serve the customer, no matter what your role is. If you worked in shipping, you were always serving the customer. If you labeled parts, you were labeling those parts for the customer. Kyle helped us to remain focused on the ultimate end user -- which isn't our customer, but yours. In the 6 years eTech Parts was under the ownership of Kyle Baccus, our team certainly changed but our core values remained the same. In just over 6 years eTech Parts has grown from 3 people in 2 small rooms, to now over 30 people in 3 buildings. Since 2008 our team has remained focused on offering the highest quality parts, tools and customer service the wireless repair industry has to offer. Placing you and your customers at the center of our universe has helped us to incorporate a sense of camaraderie and teamwork in everything we do. Building this community from the bottom has only been achievable through the steadfast loyalty of our customers and our promise to always put people first. Parts are our specialty, but people are our passion. This one simple core value was instilled by our founder and has shaped the culture of our company into what it is today. In September 2014, Kyle announced to the company that eTech Parts had been acquired by Davan Enterprises, LLC. Find out more about Davan Enterprises on their website. While the sale of the company was a shock to us here at eTech, we remain committed to the level of quality service our loyal customers are accustomed to. eTech Parts was built on standards of premium quality and outstanding customer service; this will not change.
