Yesterday I got a really nice email from one of our wholesale customers.  He went out of his way to write an email just to say how much he liked the products and service he has been getting from us.  He ended the email with "Thank you very much. Very very much".  WOW!  That's a serious Thank You! We get emails like this quite bit and it never gets old.  As the owner, its the only praise I get so its especially meaningful to me.  It keeps me motivated and reminds me, hard work does pay off.  Thanks for the email Mark. This particular customer is one of Franck's accounts.  Franck is my Sales Manager and GM in training.  Franck is doing an amazing job and this email is just another testament to that.  Great job Franck!
