Do you trust your co-workers?

To have a good team of employees its important to trust your co-workers.  I think you should trust them this much. I walked around the corner to see how my drywall crew was coming along and this is what I saw!  I hope these guys are insured! We are still working on this upstairs addition.  All the framing is done, electrical wire is run and the drywall is up.  Jaydan had always dreamed of punching through a wall so we let him start the opening for the new doorway.
