How to Process Your Returns Online

Replacement cell phone parts travel thousands of miles, by land and by sea, before reaching their final destination — your repair shop. Sometimes a part arrives and doesn’t work as intended, and must be returned to your wholesale supplier. While every supplier deals with defects from time to time, what matters most is how your supplier handles those returns. We know dealing with defective parts, RMA numbers, and restocking fees isn’t the best use of your valuable time. Our goal at eTech is to make it easier for you to get what you need, faster and more efficiently. That's why we're improving our returns procedure, to eliminate delays each step of the way. Now you can fully process your returns online! Here's how you can submit your RMA request and print your pre-paid shipping label all from your eTechParts.com account.  

How to Process Your Returns Online

1. From your account dashboard, select My Returns from the left navigation menu. 2. Click Request New Return button. 3. Select the order number, items, and quantities being returned. Continue to next step. 4. Identify the reason and condition of each item to be returned. 5. Include any additional information for the returned items. 6. Attach photos you have showing damage or defect, then submit your request. 7. Print your RMA packing slip and pre-paid shipping label.   Once you get started, you’ll see how easy it is to return products using our new RMA software. With no restocking fees, no return shipping costs, a lifetime warranty, and easy-to-use integrated software, eTech has the easiest returns in the industry! We process returns and issue credit on Wednesday and Friday each week, so you won’t have to wait long for your account to be credited. Let us know what you think about the new RMA software.
