We had David repair an iPhone 5 using an LCD assembly for iPhone 5 without small parts, timed him, and then had him do that same repair using an LCD assembly for iPhone 5 that included all those small parts. This is a huge timesaving opportunity and a way to increase your overall productivity. If you put it in perspective… Say you repair 10 iPhone 5’s a day and it takes you 20 minutes to repair each one. Taking the time to swap all those parts back and forth, those repairs combined take about 200 minutes, or over 3 hours of your time.
