Stay more informed than ever about your orders and more with new eTech Parts Plus SMS alerts!

At eTech we are constantly listening to our customer feedback and finding ways to make shopping with us easier, to that end we excited to introduce SMS alerts! Now get real time alerts sent to your mobile number so you will know immediately when your order has shipped along with a link to the tracking number.   In addition, get real time updates on RMA’s, buyback status, store credits and more.  To take advantage of this service great new service follow this simple steps below:              

• • • Go to your My Account Page
    • Click on the Account Information tab on the left hand side.
    • Click on the check box for Opt-In for Text Notifications.
    • Enter your Mobile Number and Get Validation Code button. (A text message will be sent with your validation code.)
    • Enter the validation code and Save.

It’s that easy and you’re all setup.  Now when you create an order, a shipment is sent, a credit is issued or we have a special promotion, you’ll immediately be notified. But wait, there’s more!  Need to look up the status of your order?  At the top of the site next to the task bar, we’ve added “Check Order Status”  Just put in your Order Number, Zip Code and click enter.  And like magic your order information will appear without the needs to sign into the site.           Check back on our site regularly in the coming weeks as we have a bunch of cool new features , coming that will make shopping with eTech Part Plus easier than ever!
