Your New Account on eTechParts.com
We're excited to announce the new eTech Parts website will launch on Friday, August 21st! In case you missed the memo, here are a few things you'll need to do before gaining access to your new user portal on eTechParts.com.
Change Your Password
In an effort to protect your privacy, our new system will require you to reset the password to your account. Follow the steps below to create a new password.
- From the eTechParts.com homepage, click Log In at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click Forgot Your Password?
- Submit the email address associated with your eTech Parts account.
- Check your email for a Password Reset Confirmation.
- Click Reset Password to change your password.
Add Payment Information
For security purposes, none of your payment information was transferred to our new system. Once you access your account, follow the steps below to save payment info to your account.
- Choose My Dashboard from the top navigation menu.
- Choose My Credit Cards from the left side navigation menu.
- Click Add Card to store your payment information for the future.
