Liquid damaged devices can have repair attempted but are not covered by warranty due to the nature of the damage. If you are looking for a repair service that is not listed, please reach out to our support team for pricing and availability. Repair services include return FedEx ground shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping the device to us. We recommend securely packaging the device and using a shipping service with tracking information.
Our team works on getting repairs shipped back out the same day they arrive. There are a few scenarios that can delay this from occurring. These include: not including passcode to the device, additional damage being present, board level repair.
