OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE ETECH PARTS, LLC 2015 CTIA SUPER MOBILITY SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER AND WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.

Eligibility:

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must (a) be 18 years of age or older and, if a minor in your state of residence, have parental permission to enter, (b) be a legal resident of the United States and one of its fifty states (other than Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia, and (c) not be an employee, officer or manager of eTech Parts, LLC (“eTech”) or any of its affiliates or other person or entity involved in the development, production, promotion, administration or fulfillment of the eTech Parts, LLC 2015 CTIA Super Mobility Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”), or an immediate family member of any such person. eTech and all above-identified affiliates, entities and individuals are collectively referred to in these Official Rules as “eTech and Affiliates”.

Prize:

One grand prize having an aggregate retail value of approximately $2850 and consisting of one free registration in the eTech Training Session of winner’s choice to be held by eTech Training in Gainesville, Florida, at such time as offered according to eTech’s published training schedule (the “Training”), roundtrip coach airfare for winner from a commercial airport near the winner’s residence in the continental United States to Gainesville, Florida, single occupancy hotel room for up to 6 nights at a location near the Training, ground transportation from Gainesville Regional Airport to hotel, between hotel and Training each day and from hotel to Gainesville Regional Airport, and a meal allowance of up to $300 for use during winner’s attendance of Training. Flight, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements and Training registration shall be made through eTech. Winner must register and attend Training within 12 months of winner’s acceptance of the prize or the prize and all rights thereto will be forfeited. eTech is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement or delay, in whole or in part, of any flight or any other prize-related event. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or substitution and cannot be refunded or exchanged except at the sole discretion of eTech. The winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, fees and other government assessments on the awarded prize. The winner is responsible for paying any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with use of the prize that are not specifically mentioned above as included in the prize.

Entry:

To enter, complete and submit an entry form in the Sweepstakes entry box at the eTech hospitality suite in Caesars Palace Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada, between 10:00am - 11:59pm PST on September 9, 2015, 10:00am – 11:59pm PST on September 10, 2015, or 10:00am – 5:00pm PST on September 11, 2015 (the “Entry Period”). Limit one entry per person per day during the Entry Period. To constitute a valid entry, you must meet the eligibility requirements above and your entry must be received during the Entry Period. All late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undelivered or destroyed entries are invalid entries, regardless of the person responsible or cause. eTech reserves the rights to, at its sole discretion, cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules or disqualify any individual or entry for purposes of protecting the integrity of this Sweepstakes or addressing changes in business operations or other circumstances, to the extent allowed under applicable law.

Drawing:

On or about September 14, 2015, eTech will determine the winner by randomly selecting one entry from among all valid entries received consistent with these Official Rules. eTech has the sole authority to determine the winner and its decisions are final and binding in all respects.

Odds:

The odds that a valid entry will be selected are one out of the total number of valid entries received. Because entries are available to all visitors of eTech’s hospitality suite, the maximum number of entries and the exact odds cannot be determined.

Claiming Prize; Alternate:

The winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail or mail. To claim the prize, the winner must complete, sign and return as directed by eTech within seven (7) days after the date of the first notice of award, an IRS Form W-9 and a Prize Acceptance Affidavit in the form furnished by eTech, which includes an affidavit of eligibility (including proof of eligibility upon request), waiver of liability, and, unless prohibited by law, publicity authorization and release (collectively, the “Acceptance Documents”). If the winner fails to timely respond or comply with any of the above-stated prize acceptance requirements or if eTech determines the winner ineligible after review of the Acceptance Documents, then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected by random drawing as described in the above Drawings section. If eTech is unable to award the prize after making reasonable attempts, the prize will remain un-awarded unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Grant of Rights; Waiver and Release:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant: (a) agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of eTech; (ii) to release and hold harmless eTech and Affiliates from any and all losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind arising from this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy; (iii) that eTech may send to such entrant marketing, advertising and promotional materials to the email address provided in the Sweepstakes entry; (iv) that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or the prize shall be governed by the law specified below and shall be filed exclusively in the state courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, or the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and entrant hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of any such action; and (v) that eTech is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, printing errors, delays, or any other errors in the administration of this Sweepstakes and (b) grants to eTech an irrevocable, perpetual, unrestricted and worldwide right to use entrant’s name and likeness in its advertising and promotional materials, regardless of the type of media, the content of the advertisement or promotion, or the manner of publication, broadcast or distribution (including, without limitation, Internet).

Applicable Law and Geographic Area:

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rule of any jurisdiction. This Sweepstakes is void outside of the United States, in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
