Place LCDs In Bubble Wrap

Place invididual LCDs inside of bubble wrap.

ENSURE THAT FLEX CABLES ARE PROPERLY SECURED

Make sure that flex cables are not hanging out of bubble wrap, and are tucked inside securely.

RUBBER BAND DISPLAYS

After gathering 5 displays of the same size LCD, use a rubber band to secure them together.

IF BUBBLE WRAP CANNOT BE FOUND

Place LCD inside of original packaging, being sure to not damage any flex cables.

MARK PACKAGING

Using a pen or marker - mark off the "End User" box (if using original packaging).

PLACE BUBBLE WRAP INSIDE OF BOX

Use a box that is slightly larger than the amount of LCDs. Line the bottom and sides of the box with bubble wrap (or newspaper).

PLACE LCDS

Place LCDs evenly inside of the box.

fold bubble wrap

Fold excess bubble wrap inside of box and on top of LCDs. If there is any extra empty space inside of the box, add more bubble wrap to close the gaps.

Tape box

Tape box securely using strong packing/shipping tape. Ensure that box is secure and will not become open during shipping.

Place shipping label

Attach shipping label to box. Make sure that label is flat and the barcode is not folded. Clear packing tape can be used on top of shipping label to ensure it does not get damaged or lost during shipping.
