27" Apple Cinema Display!

I decided to make the switch from my Old 30" Cinema display to the newer 27" display that has the built in iSight camera and speakers.  Apple had some refurbished for ONLY $849.  I know that is still a ton of money but when you own the business, leaving your computer at work just isn't an option so I use a 15" MacBook Pro connected to a full size keyboard and large display when I'm at the office and use it as a laptop when I'm at home.  The 27" offers some great advantages like the built in iSight Camera, Speakers, and LED backlight.  Even though I'm giving up 3" of real estate, I have been really looking forward to it showing up today!  I just got back from lunch and there it was sitting in front of my office door.  I'm like a kid at Christmas.  I tore it open and set it on my desk just to find out the front glass it completely shattered.  So sad.  Especially since I already sold my 30" to make room.  I've been working on the 15" display since yesterday.   I'm just finishing up my phone call with Apple right now.  I'm buying another one and returning this one for a refund to speed up the exchange process.  Just like many of our customers do when they need to exchange something with us.  This will be a great exercise in patience for me.  I'm so bummed.
