Over the past few years we have built a team of dedicated staff and management that are committed to helping our customers become the best in the industry. We know if we want to be successful we need to focus on one thing and do it better than anyone else. Customer service is the foundation of eTech Parts’ success. We built upon that foundation by finding the best quality parts available and maintaining those relationships even when we had to pay a bit more for parts. We have remained focused on being the
best wholesale parts supplier in the world.
Over the past several months we have tested and rejected numerous factories and brokers in China. The process to begin a relationship, buy product, test it, get feedback internally and from customers and then get them to commit to consistent quality in large volumes is a challenge we take very seriously. eTech Parts’ reputation depends on our continued commitment to bringing only the top quality parts to our customers.
We are excited to now have established a group of parts suppliers that understand our goal and can offer a consistent supply of quality parts. To this end we are now rolling out a pricing strategy that we hope will reward our long time customers with a very competitive price, all while retaining the customer service and quality parts they have come to expect from
