Phone problems at eTech Parts.
Sorry if you have had a hard time reaching us today. I'm sure its very frustrating on your end and it is on ours as well especially since its my fault. We're trying to upgrade our internet to 100mbps and Comcast decided to replace our modem to see if thats why we're only getting 65mbps. I forgot our modem had to be configured to work correctly with our phone system and long story short we only have 2 phones that work right now. We have someone coming to fix the issue at 3PM today so we should be back in business within a few hours. Until then, please keep trying to get through or send us an email. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
