At eTech Parts Plus we stand behind our premium quality repair parts with a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all defective products. Return your defective repair parts and receive a credit on your account equal to the lowest price that product was sold for in the last 90 days. Store credit can be used to purchase any product in our store.
No restocking fees, no hassle, and no waiting around. All returns will be processed on Wednesday and Friday of each week.
*Please note that we are unable to accept returns on all tools and accessories*
Submit a Return
1. Visit My Returns to submit your return request.
• List all products you're returning, including part numbers and quantities of each product.
• Tell us what's wrong with the part.
• Submit form and note the RMA # given to you.
2. Print your Request & Return Shipping label.
• Print out your request form and mail your RMA’s back to us at the address below. If you would like a shipping label please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request one.
3. Carefully package your returns.
• Include all product packaging - parts must include the original label and packaging to be eligible for refund.
• If item was delivered in sealed retail packaging, it must be returned in the same condition.
4. Return items to eTech Parts Plus
• Write your RMA # on the outside of the return package.
• Using "Signature Required," ship your returns to:

International Customers - You are responsible for the cost of freight in the event you need to return or exchange a part. eTech Parts Plus will gladly replace or exchange defective parts but will not be liable for shipping costs, custom duties or import taxes. We can add your return to your next order if you want to save on shipping.
