Warranty & Returns
At eTech Parts Plus we stand behind our premium quality repair parts with a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all defective products. Submit your request, get a shipping label, return your defective repair parts and receive a credit on your account equal to the lowest price that product was sold for in the last 90 days. Store credit can be used to purchase any product in our store. In the event you would like a refund to your method of payment instead of a store credit a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. This fee is to cover the expense of shipping, testing, and processing of the return.
Our goal is to make your experience easy with no hassle, and no waiting around. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt as long as accurate documentation is provided. In the event items are shipped without or incorrect paperwork we will make every effort to complete within 48 hours, but you may experience slight delays.
NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the processing time may be slightly extended on larger buyback and RMA orders.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to better serve our customers.

List all products you're returning, including part numbers and quantities of each product.
Tell us what's wrong with the part.
Submit form and note the RMA # given to you.
Print your Request & Return Shipping label.
Print out your request form and mail your RMA’s back to us at the address below. If you would like a shipping label please email email@example.com to request one.
Carefully package your returns.
Include all product packaging - parts must include the original label and packaging to be eligible for refund.
If item was delivered in sealed retail packaging, it must be returned in the same condition.

Write your RMA # on the outside of the return package.

International Customers - You are responsible for the cost of freight in the event you need to return or exchange a part. eTech Parts Plus will gladly replace or exchange defective parts but will not be liable for shipping costs, custom duties or import taxes. We can add your return to your next order if you want to save on shipping.
