Great service starts with our premium quality repair parts that carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY*. During the lifetime of an eTech part, if the part should fail, we will quickly issue a store credit or exchange. We stand behind the quality of our parts and want you to be confident in using eTech Parts Plus for all your phone and tablet parts.
eTech Part’s Warranty
It’s simple; Our Repair Parts carry a lifetime warranty from defects. Batteries carry a one-year warranty from date of purchase, and Tools and Accessories carry a one-year warranty*
*Special orders are not returnable. Tools, accessories, tape, and screen protectors are eligible for store credit only and should be returned in its original unused packaging and condition.
Our goal is to make your experience easy with no hassle, and no waiting around. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, if accurate documentation is provided. If documentation is incorrect, we will make every effort reach you in order to complete the return. Please visit our FAQs for additional information.
Unused, non-defective parts are eligible for refund or store credit within 60 days from the date of purchase only. Defective parts are eligible for store credit or exchange. If you have a defective return outside of the 60-day return policy, contact [email protected] or call 1 (800) 697-5583 to return the product.
Store credit will be issued at either the purchase price or current sales price of the item(s) returned, whichever is less. No processing or restocking fees are charged. If the part is determined to be damaged during use or installation a refund or store credit will not be granted.
If a product package arrives at your location damaged from shipping, please make sure to note the issue with the delivery driver. Within 5 days, please take a picture(s) of the damaged shipment and follow our Return Merchandise Authorization process for a replacement or store credit.
In order to make your return easier, an optional FedEx ground prepaid shipping label will be generated when your return is created. Returns for refund or parts no longer needed will have $5.00 deducted from your return credit.
OLED Breakage Warranty - Etech will warranty Platinum OLED iPhone screens in the event the OLED panel is cracked and there is not damage to either the top glass layer or the flex cables.
We are confident eTech Parts Plus offers the most liberal and comprehensive return policy in the industry and reserve the right to adjust our return policy to ensure we stay in a market leading position to take care of our customers.

Tell us what's wrong with the part.
Submit form and note the RMA # given to you.
Print your Request & Return label.
Print out your request form and mail your RMA’s back to us at the address below.
Carefully package your returns.
Include all product packaging - parts must include the original label and packaging to be eligible for refund.
If item was delivered in sealed retail packaging, it must be returned in the same condition.

International Customers - You are responsible for the cost of freight in the event you need to return or exchange a part. eTech Parts Plus will gladly replace or exchange defective parts but will not be liable for shipping costs, custom duties or import taxes. We can add your return to your next order if you want to save on shipping.
